So a problem shared with me and the rest of the wired world is a problem blown to bits!
I am Helen Back, Youthcomm's online agony aunt. If you have a problem, need some help, or just want someone to chat to, then I'm your girl!!!
I am always here to listen and provide support to whoever wants to get in touch. Plus, I have loads of resources and info, so if you have a specific problem then I can tell you where to go and what to do to get the info you need to fix it!
