The Youthcomm Showcase is your chance to shout about what you can do and show your work to thousands of people worldwide.

Before you start emailing and posting your work to us please take a few moments to read through the advice steps and guidelines. If you follow these steps, you'll have your work on display in your own Showcase gallery much quicker than if you don't!
STEP 1: Ensure that your work is in the right format
We can take work in a variety of media from images to video to audio. Please ensure that you send your work in the right format / file format as detailed below:
Art
Images should be sent as .gif or .jpg format. The images should be a minimum of 500 pixels wide (for landscape format) or 500 pixels high (for portrait format) and no larger than 1000 pixels wide or high. If you are sending an animated gif please make the file size as small as possible.
(If you are unable to provide images large enough i.e. they were shot on a mobile phone camera, please send in the largest version available and indicate how the shot was captured [on a mobile etc])
Film & Video
Films should be submitted in Mpeg or AVI format and the file size should be no larger than 10Mb.
Creative Writing
Written work can be sent within the body of an email or as an attached file in either Rich Text Format (.rtf) or Plain Text (.txt).
Music & Audio
Music and audio files should be sent in MP3 format and the file size should be no larger than 5MB (for music tracks) 10Mb (for all other audio).

STEP 3: Send us your work
IMPORTANT: Currently, only written work can be emailed to us. All other work must be sent by post.
Please make sure to include the following details when sending in your submissions:
- Your name
- Your date of birth
- Your email address
- A contact telephone number
- Details of you current occupation (i.e. Student) and your interests.
- A brief description of the creative work you do, what / who inspires you and what your future plans are.
Your work should be supplied on a CD or DVD-Rom, clearly labeled with your name.

Showcase Submission Agreement
Youthcomm retains the right to choose and arrange work submitted and to remove work from the galleries at its sole discretion. Youthcomm also retains the right to reject work on the grounds of illegality, copyright infringement and violating public standards of taste and decency. Your details will not be passed on to any third party.
By submitting your creative work to the Youthcomm Showcase, you;
- Warrant that it is your own original work and that you have the right to make it available to Youthcomm for all purposes in all media.
- Indemnify Youthcomm against all legal fees, damages and other expenses that may be incurred by them as a result of your breach of the above warranty.
- Grant Youthcomm the right to use the work in all media now or hereafter known (though copyright ownership remains with you and will be marked as such).
- Agree that Youthcomm shall not be responsible for any third party infringement of your rights in the work, moral or otherwise, which may result from its submission.
