Unable to launch the Radio Player?

 

Troubleshooting

If you tried to launch the radio player but were sent to this page instead then follow the simple steps below to solve the problem...

 

There are two main reasons for the Radio Player not being able to launch:

 

- Pop-ups being blocked either by your web browser and/or 3rd party blocking software

- Javascript being disabled/non-existent in your web browser

 

If you have a 3rd party pop-up blocker you will need to adjust its settings to allow pop-ups from our web site.

 

Otherwise the problem is likely to be with your web browser. Please choose the web browser you are using and follow the easy-to-use troubleshooting guides:

Adjusting the Pop-up Blocker

 

Step 1: Using the menu bar at the top of your web browser window go to Tools -> Pop-up Blocker -> Always Allow Pop-ups from This Site...

 

Click on the Pop-up blocker bar and select 'Always Allow...'

 

Step 2: When the dialogue box appears asking you whether you would like to allow pop-ups from 'www.youthcomm.org.uk', click Yes

 

Click 'Yes' in the dialogue box

 

Step 3: Now try launching the Radio Player again by clicking here

 

 

Checking Javascript is enabled

 

Step 1: Using the menu bar at the top of your web browser window go to Tools -> Internet Options...

 

Step 2: Click on the Security tab

 

Step 3: Select the Internet Web content zone

 

Step 4: Click on the Custom Level... button

 

Step 5: Scroll down the list until you find the Scripting item

 

Step 6: Select the Enable option underneath the Active Scripting item

 

Step 7: Click OK and then click OK again

 

Step 8: Now try launching the Radio Player again by clicking here
